Nepal Aghor Ashram mangaldhanram

Shree Kapaleshwar Singha Sawak Ram Baba’s vani:-
To remain happy does not depend on circumstances, It is an inherent human nature. A pleasing nature is god-loving. To remain happy is the best way to worship god. However, you can not remain happy just by wanting to be so. Don’t trade your happiness for worldly objects. Once you lose it, you lose it for ever. When you realize that the happiness derived through the material world is only transient, you would try to get to the source of permanent happiness.
Happiness is of two kinds:- (A) dual which is always derived from an external object. this kind of happiness is only temporary. and (b) Non-dual which happens for no reason. It is called bliss or joy, it never ends, it is everlasting. Bliss is a state of mind with tremendous inner-strength. When a person is full of joy, he becomes desireless, he develops a capacity to give and care. A state if joy automatically creates a sense of non-attachment with worldly objects and love for all. That is why everyone, including sages and mahatmas are looking for eternal bliss.
To be at ease mentally and physically is the base of relaxation. Sleeping is not a state of relaxation. To become senseless for instance, through drugs or alcohol also is not a state of relaxation.
Peace and disturbance don’t reside in a place or an object. Both of these exist within you, not beyond you. If disturbance and worries get out of mind and heart, peace will become apparent. Seek the peace within you, you will find it.
Mantras are collection of spiritual words and divine power. They are beyond the reach of the human intelligence. It is possible to feel or control the reaction of mantras. However these are the things only an aspirant (Sadhak) should know. They are not to be publicized. Chanting of mantras purifies the nerves, the heart is purged of the impurities. The mind and heart remain in perfect order. Noble deeds are the obvious results. Peace starts to prevail. These spiritual words exist in every religion. Mantras are not to be read in books, they are to be heard only.
